I'm Janice Fraser. Against the odds, I've had a "one-of-one" career. Success beyond my wildest dreams. (And nobody is more surprised than me.) And I know a secret:

Work-life balance is a myth.

Work consumes a third of your waking hours, so what happens at work is part of life, not separate from it.

Work should feed and fuel you. It should be deeply satisfying, and you should feel comfortable being there as your unique self. Worthy and deserving.

If work drains and depletes you, then you're on a one-way trip to burnout, and no amount of massages, mani-pedis, and yoga retreats can fix that.

About Me

I'm Janice Fraser. I’ve had a fantastic career, way beyond my wildest dreams. I’ve led trainings at Camp David for the Obama Administration, flown around the world for speaking engagements on 5 continents.  I’m the founder of 6 startups. My contributions are documented as helping to establish entirely new fields of software design.

This is way more than a misfit from rural Ohio had any reason to expect.

It's also true that come from a difficult background, like so many people. In 1995, I began a lifelong journey to be healthier – healthier than the people I come from, healthier than I was yesterday. A little at a time, day after day, every day, just a little bit better. Constantly learning new skills, methods, experiments – working on figuring out how to be effective at work, but also healthy and balanced as a human. 

I think of it as my “long walk to health”.

 I’ve studied what makes people confident and satisfied at work; I’ve also studied the widest range of healing tools. I’ve turned this unusual combination of insights and experiences into a simple system that anyone can leverage to build a more satisfying, joyful worklife.
